I gave my cats Frontline Plus two weeks ago and I still find big fleas on them, even pregnant fleas, on my cats when I use the flea comb. The directions say Frontline works immediately and not to apply a second treatment for at least a month. Is Advantage definitively better? Can I put Advantage on my cats now or should I wait two more weeks. I put Frontline on my cats two weeks ago. Have there been reports of fake or faulty pet medicine via an Internet store?

Every month we apply Frontline Plus on my dog’s skin. And every month he reacts the same way. He will not come near me for the rest of the day. And then he is leery of me for a few days after that if I am holding something (like this morning I was holding a small tube of lotion and he ran away from me). He doesn’t sleep well the night we give it to him. He keeps rubbing on the carpet and furniture. He just seems soooo miserable. I have no idea what is going on.
We give them exact same stuff to our other dog and she is fine. She rubs on the carpet & furniture at first too but that’s it.
It’s hard to get close to him, but from what I can tell, there’s nothing going on with his skin in the spot I put it in. The hair doesn’t fall out or anything like that.
Does anyone else have a dog who reacts like this?

I first noticed fleas on my dog about a month ago. I bought a topical treatment (Zodiac) which I applied 24 hours after bathing the dog with flea shampoo and a house hold spray and treated the entire house. 3 days later she was crawling with fleas again. I took her to the vet and put her on Frontline, shaved her bare and sprayed the house again, and now again, 3 days later fleas are crawling all over her. She goes out only 2x a day for a short while to use the potty. What do i do? Every one says Frontline Plus works so well, but it hasn’t done a thing for my poor dog. Help!!!

My dog is 9 years old and has never had fleas. She has always been on Frontline Plus. I put it on once a month same day every time. She has been biting her feet and but, scratching her ears and neck. I don’t see anything but she has darker skin. HELP!!!!

I was wondering what kind of dog the large grey and white long haired dog in the front-line plus advertisement might be. It is the most beautiful dog with all that flowing long hair and those big ears.
