		<description>In the office where I work, if the teeth are still mostly intact when extracted, we disinfect them in a cup of bleach and the dentist saves them to take to classes. After that, I guess he throws them away. Not sure; we all joked that he was going to string them on necklaces and give them to us for Christmas presents. Anyway, the teeth that are pretty broken down or gross we just throw away.</description>
