I use Frontline and it works very well. I beleive your neighbor just wants you to pay to have his home visited by an exterminator. Please find someone else to keep your dog next time, this guy will probably be mean to it.

When you put Flea Medicine on your Dog you HAVE to Take the Dog outside Afterwords or the Fleas will Sense their going to Die and Lay a MILLION eggs and then Jump off so that they don`t Die. Then they go and Infest someone else. Really, you have so buy a lot of Flea Products to REALLY kill them, like Flea Spray, Flea Medice and all kind s of other stuff.

It was unlikely your dog brought fleas to your friend's home. Additionally, it takes a tad longer than a day for a flea infestation to occur.
IMO your friend already had an infestation problem and is trying to find someone else to blame. Advise him to consult with a professional pest control company.

I'm pretty sure that's not possible. The whole point of Frontline is to stop the spreading of fleas.
The medicine is continuously released from your dog's skin and kills fleas almost on contact. They can't get through the skin without coming in contact with the Frontline.
Unless your dog walked over to your friend's house, a flea jumped on, your dog ran inside, and the flea jumped off in a matter of seconds, I would say that's not possible. Even then the flea would have to lay eggs on something in your friend's house that would make them spread. So no, I do not think your dog took fleas to your friends house IF it is given its dose of Frontline correctly every month.

Fleas can jump from dog to dog and to humans, but if your dog has been treated with Frontline and you don't have a problem with fleas, then I very much doubt that your dog has infested your friends house, I think someones telling porkies (lies).
If his house is infested and they've been badly bitten as he claims, then your dog must be absolutely covered in fleas, that bad that you'd see them crawling around. Plus you and your family would have been bitten.
