If you can’t locate a professional pet sitter (bonded, insured, licensed) then I would recommend a vet that does boarding. In this way if your cats become ill from the stress of boarding you have a vet who can identify and take care of problems early.
Also all of your cats will need the full spectrum of vaccines to be put in a boarding facility and anyplace that does not require this is not worth looking at.
Any cat that is boarding will be stressed and this lowers immunity levels, combine that with close proximity to other possibly carriers of airborne viruses and you have a cattery that will send you home with a very sick cat.

A boarding cattery is where cats live temporarily when they can’t stay at their own home. Boarding catteries, cat boarding kennels, are mostly used by owners who are away on holiday although they may also be used during house moves, building work or when their owners are incapacitated, for example if they have to go into hospital.
