He’s either hungry or he might want to go outside. If there’s no obvious problem he might just be a talkative cat! Lucky you
Is he in heat? Is it a new cat that has been separated from other cats? If he’s in heat, you should probably get him neutered. Could he be sick? If he’s not in heat and he’s not new, is he eating, using the litter box? If you pet him, does he hurt anywhere? You may need to take him to a vet. Please don’t kill him.
the can is looking for something. there is a small that the cat does not like. The cat – if female, is in heat and wants to mate and is calling for a male cat.
Perhaps it is best for you to give the cat to someone who will appreciate it and accept the normal behavior of a cat without complaint.
Is he fixed? There may be a female cat in heat around your house and that might be making him meow.
Your cat can not speak english, therefore his primary means for communication is the aformentioned meow…If you do not understand this perhaps cat ownership is not in your best interest.

Have you had him neutered? If not he could be yowling to go out. If he is fixed then he could be bored and lonely. Try playing with him more often on a daily basis. Get him interactive toys. Or get him another kitten to play with. If he’s not neutered I don’t suggest a new kitten. He will probably start spraying to mark his territory. My one cat has a buddy but he still goes around at night hollering and gets the “maddies” tearing around the house and making noise.
